Andrea Miller has been in the practice of law with the Simmons Olsen Law Firm since August 2006.  She was born and raised in Gordon, Nebraska.  She attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney, earning a B.S. in Political Science, graduating Magna Cum Laude.  She then earned her J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2006.  Andrea was admitted to practice law in Nebraska state and federal courts in September 2006.

Andrea's practice areas include, City of Scottsbluff Prosecution, Family law, and General Litigation.

Andrea and her husband, Travis, have three children, two year old girl/boy twins, Kierra and Hunter, and one year old son Theron.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as a number of outdoor activities, especially golf.  Andrea is a member of the Oglala Lakota Tribe and participates as a member of  Leadership Scottsbluff Class XVIII.
